# Document automation across the load

RunaboutX is available to fleets. Its public document-workflow example includes reading rate confirmations at intake and pairing proof of delivery with completed loads before billing review. It does not imply that every document format or exception is handled automatically.

## Two critical moments

At intake, the system should present extracted stops, dates, references, rate, and special instructions beside the source. A person corrects anything uncertain. At delivery, it should attach the POD to the right load and surface missing signatures or references before an invoice is prepared.

For example, a scanned POD may show a different delivery date than the dispatch record. The mismatch should be visible to the billing reviewer. See [rate confirmation to load entry](/resources/learn/rate-confirmation-to-load-entry/) and [POD to invoice](/resources/learn/pod-to-invoice/) for practical checklists.

Ask which file types, document quality levels, approval steps, and retention controls are supported for your operation. The [integrations overview](/integrations/) describes categories to discuss. [Book a demo](/#contact).
